United Airlines scored the highest of the airlines reviewed with a overall health score of 4 and 1/2 stars. Northwest and Southwest Airlines scored the lowest with a overall health score of 2 stars. Some airlines were more helpful than others in providing nutritional information.

Recommended: Rightbite or the Smartpack snack box. - Continental Airlines (4 stars)
Recommended: Both sandwich options are fine; impressive that they offer light mayo. - Midwest Airlines (3 stars)
Recommended: Cheese Omelet, Roasted Chicken Salad in Pita Pocket. - Delta Air Lines (3 stars)
Recommended: Snack - peanuts from the snack basket; Other - Kashi cereal with fruit or Grilled Mediterranean Shrimp Salad. - JetBlue Airways (2.5 stars)
Recommended: Nuts - American Airlines (2.5 stars)
Recommended: Nut Blend, Breakfast Club, Asian Chicken Wrap - US Airways (2.5 stars)
Recommended: Fruit and Nut Mix , Mini Muffin Breakfast Platter, Tomato & Mozzarella Salad with Italian Meats. - Northwest Airlines (2 stars)
Recommended: Good Sense Snack Mix, Smartsnack Snack Box. - Southwest Airlines (2 stars)
Recommended: Nuts (skip the pretzels).
