Web-based weather, flight planning and flight plan filing service.
Features Include: Basic flight planner, with ability to get a briefing and file a flight plan. There are also links to graphics and FAA contractions. There is also a mobile interface that will provide access to your flight plans and weather graphics. *Freeware but requires a valid pilot or medical certificate.

Review
Pros: Free, calculates flight paths using various options, nice graphical TFR system, sectional charts, and PDA support
Cons: Interface could use some improvement, cookie support must be enabled.
Notes: ** Reviewed on Windows 2000, with IE 6.0 and a Palm Treo 700P **
