This Windows program provides powerful weather information and decoding in a simple to use interface.
Features Include: This program provides a graphical interface to weather data, by implementing a powerful METAR and TAF decoder. The interface provides a time slider so you can see what the weather is over a period of time. The (graphical) runway layouts are shown with a wind indicator. The program will show current flight rules such as: VFR, MVFR, IFR, and LIFR. There is also a handy link button that provides external access to approach & sectional charts, Google Maps, AirNav, PIREPs, and NOTAMs.

Review
Pros: Fantastic graphics and aviation calculations such as predicted runway in-use, density altitude, sunrise/sunset, ability to add custom alerts, ability to import MyMETAR favorites.
Cons: No airport search (by name) feature, program relies on external linking for some data, no TFR information.
Notes: ** Reviewed on Windows XP **, the trial period will last for 30-days then you must purchase.
