This Audio CD is designed to help with process of learning radio procedures and communications.
Features Include: This training (1 hr 20 min) audio CD provides lessons for various phases of flying. The CD is broken-up into nine chapters covering weather (ASOS, ATIS, AWOS), airspace, untowered fields, Class D, approach/departure procedures, flight following, lost procedures and inflight weather. Each lesson is broken up into different sections and narrated by a master CFI. Each section also has real (recorded) audio of the radio procedure as well as common errors and best practices.

Review
Pros: Great way to help break "Mic Fright", helps prepare and make you more confident for all VFR radio procedures.
Cons: No quick reference guide or printed materials included, no iTunes purchase option.
Notes: Also includes a bonus CD "Understanding Weather Briefings" when purchased.
