"As a private pilot, I have always wanted the latest high-tech gadgets in the cockpit to reduce paper clutter and increase efficiency. For me, that means a computer. Believe me, I have tried them all--everything from PDAs to every size laptop and tablet PC you can imagine. But through all the years of experimentation, the one constant necessity has been a good, dependable, affordable, and always-handy stylus for passive-touch screens.

That's why I use TrueTip stylii in my airplanes. If there's a pen or pencil in my cockpit or computer bag, it has a TrueTip stylus cap on it. Period.

TrueTip stylii are more precise than a fingertip, easier on the screens than pen tips or hard plastic stylii, easier to hold and use than thin little sticks, much more affordable than the stylii that come with the computers...and easier to find on the cockpit floor if I drop it!

My suggestions: use a PDA or tablet PC with a passive-touch screen in your plane, boat, RV, or vehicle...and then get a good supply of TrueTip stylii and replace all the caps on your pens and pencils with them. You'll wonder how you ever got along without them!"
